Emy Carr is the Founder and Managing Director of EC Integrators – an information management consultancy with specialised expertise in Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Warehouse and Data Governance. With over three decades in IT Enterprise Information Management, Emy has gained both experience and expertise in Master Data Management, Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence, earning her the reputation of a thought leader in the industry. Emy has a proven track record in successfully leading, analysing, designing and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives and package based technologies for corporate and government organisations in Australia and South East Asia. These successful initiatives were brought on by Emy’s vendor-agnostic approach that led to the introduction of MDM, DW and BI tools such as QualityStage, Datastage, ETI Extract, BusinessObjects, Cognos, Metis, Rochade, AnalytiX Mapping Manager and recently Orchestra Networks to EC Integrators’ clients prior to them becoming industry standard. Emy has interviews on leading edge system implementation featured in publications such as The Age and Computerworld.

Malcolm Frew - Principal Consultant

Malcolm Frew - Principal ConsultantMalcolm has over 30 years of IT experience much of this in the specialist areas of data management and data modelling. Malcolm was first introduced to data management concepts (structure systems analysis and design techniques) in the early 1980s as part of an extended training program. Since then Malcolm has worked as data administrator, database administration manager and data management consultant for British and Australian organisations, both private and governmental. In these roles, Malcolm has developed data management strategies and has written and delivered data management and data modelling training courses for both internal and external participants. In all this time, Malcolm has maintained 'hands-on' contact with data management practices, including logical functional and data modelling and database administration. In more recent years, Malcolm has specialised in all aspects of data warehouse development. Malcolm's roles have included responsibility for requirements analysis, logical data design, ETL design and build, reporting environment design and construction. Malcolm's technical skills include state-of-the art ETL and BI tools. Malcolm is a full Elite member of the British Computer Society.

Andrew Lush – Principal Consultant

Andrew Lush – Principal ConsultantAndrew has over 25 years of experience in IT and brings with him a plethora of skills across many industries. In the last ten years Andrew has been working as Technical Lead delivering single view and reporting solutions to organisations such as as Assist Australia, BigPond, Country Energy, Australand, Novartis, Sigma Pharmaceuticals, SuperPartners, Electrolux, Wodonga City Council, Epworth Hospital, Ramset, ITW Buildex, ATO and Defence. Andrew has a proven ability to understand both the similarities and differences between the industries and indeed the differentiators for each of the customers. The challenge of being involved in many different industries qualifies Andrew as a business consultant with a toolkit to deliver the most value for all stakeholders.
